CNC Turnkey - Concept to Cutting

Bringing your production goals to life

It all starts with your production goals. From there, we develop a tailored solution for your specific needs — machine selection, fixture building, programming, on-site implementation, and training, all delivered as one package.

What's Included

Everything You Need, From Concept to Cutting

Machine & Hardware Selection

The right equipment for your application

Every turnkey project starts with identifying the right machine for your parts. We work with machine sellers to find in-stock equipment that fits your application — we don't sell machines, but we make sure you get the right one.

Beyond the machine itself, we spec every hardware component your process needs — toolholders, cutting tools, coolant systems, and accessories — so nothing is missing when it's time to cut.

Fixtures designed and machined at our shop in Idaho

We don't outsource your fixtures. Every workholding solution, custom component, and process fixture is designed and machined at our facility in Idaho, then shipped directly to your door.

By keeping fixture building under our roof, we control quality from CAD model to finished part. Issues get caught on our machines before they ever reach your production floor.

CNC Programming

Programs built for your parts, your machines

We program your parts using the CAM platform that fits your shop — Mastercam, Fusion 360, hyperMILL, ESPRIT, or others. Every toolpath is optimized for your specific machine, material, and tolerances.

You get production-ready programs, not rough drafts. We simulate, verify, and prove out before anything ships — so when the program hits your machine, it runs.

Process Implementation

We come to you and prove it out

Once everything is ready, we travel to your facility, set up the machine, load the fixtures, and run the process from first article through full production. We don't leave until it's dialed in.

On-site prove-out is where the rubber meets the road. We handle the setup, troubleshoot in real time, and make sure your team sees the process running successfully before we hand it over.

Deliverables & Training

Documentation and knowledge transfer

Every project includes a full deliverable package — CAD models, CAM files, setup sheets, and process documentation. Everything your team needs to run the process independently, long after we're gone.

We also train your operators and programmers on the specific knowledge behind the process. Not generic classroom stuff — hands-on training on your parts, your machines, and the decisions that make it all work.
