Comprehensive Machining Solutions
We provide a full-service approach to your manufacturing process, from machine selection and hardware specification to custom components and process implementation.
Machine Spec
One of the first steps is identifying what type of machine will be suitable for your application. We do not purchase or sell machines, but we work with machine sellers to identify in-stock items that will fit your needs. Separate quote provided via the machine seller.
Hardware Spec
In addition to the machine, you will need hardware components specific to this manufacturing processes. We identify the components required to make the parts and include them in the package.
Tailored Manufacturing Services
From custom components to training, we cover every aspect of your production process.
Custom Components
All custom components required for the process are designed and machined in-house in our facility in Idaho and then shipped to you.
CNC Programming
We program your parts for you.
Process Implementation
We come to your facility, setup the machine and prove the process out from testing to full production.
Deliverables
CAD, CAM and process documentation delivered upon completion of the project.
Process Training
We train your staff on the specific knowledge required to successfully operate your new machining process.
