On-Demand Programming

Scale your operations with hourly programming

Manage demand spikes without hiring. Buy prepaid hour blocks for volume discounts and priority scheduling — we handle the programming backlog while your team stays focused on production. The typical program averages around 15 hours.

Every project runs through CritLink, our client portal. You get clear estimates before work begins, real-time hour tracking, and full visibility into where your budget stands. No surprises.

What We Deliver

Comprehensive Programming Solutions

Zappettini Consulting fixture shop in Idaho
Fixture Design & Manufacturing

Custom workholding, designed and built in-house

Need a fixture for your part? We design it, program it, and machine it at our shop in Idaho. The finished fixture ships directly to your facility, ready to bolt down and run.

From simple vise jaws to multi-axis tombstone setups, every fixture is designed around your part geometry, tolerances, and machine envelope. No outsourcing — we control quality from CAD model to finished workholding.

Part & Fixture Programming

Production-ready programs for your parts and fixtures

We program your parts using the CAM platform that fits your shop — Mastercam, Fusion 360, hyperMILL, ESPRIT, or others. Every toolpath is optimized for your specific machine, material, and tolerances.

Building your own fixtures? We'll program those too. Send us the fixture model and we deliver the CAM file and post-processed code, same as any part program. Whether it's a one-off or a family of fixtures, we treat it with the same rigor.

Setup Sheets & Tool Lists

Everything your operator needs to run the job

Every program ships with a detailed setup sheet and complete tool list. Your operator gets work offsets, fixture orientation, tool numbers, holder specs, stickout lengths, and any notes specific to the setup — all in one document.

No guesswork at the machine. The goal is that anyone on your team can pick up the package, load the tools, set the offsets, and press cycle start with confidence.
