Good Parts Then Fast Parts

Produce precision parts with confidence

Quality comes first. We establish a baseline of reliable programs, proven setups, and repeatable processes — then optimize for speed. We help manufacturers cut through the complexity so you can ship quality parts on time, every time.

How Billing Works

Two Phases, Both Upfront

We bill in two clear phases so you always know what you're paying for and when. No surprises mid-project.

Phase 1

Off-Site Programming

Billed upfront when the project kicks off. This covers CAM programming, fixture design, and all off-site preparation work.

Invoice issued at project start — work begins immediately upon payment.

Phase 2

On-Site Setup

Billed when you're ready for us to come on-site. This covers machine setup, prove-out, training, and all hands-on work at your facility.

Invoice issued before travel — you control the on-site schedule.

A Clear Agreement

How the Retainer Works for You

Your Retainer, Your Way:

a. Use your hours across any service — CAM, Turnkey, or Training

b. Need more time? Purchase additional hours whenever you want

c. Work begins as soon as your block is confirmed — no waiting, no red tape

d. Your hours are valid for a full year, giving you flexibility to plan ahead

e. Every hour is tracked and reported so you always know where you stand

Your Role in the Partnership

What We Need From You to Deliver Results

Great results come from true partnership. When we both show up prepared, your production runs smoother, faster, and with fewer surprises.

Share your tooling and workholding details so we can program accurately:

Tool library (if available)

Workholding models (if available)

Tool list (document can be provided to facilitate this)

Provide your machine specs so we can dial in the process:

Give timely feedback and run QC checks to keep quality on track

Approve milestones promptly so momentum stays strong

Secure the tooling, material, and fixtures your job requires

Always Be Cutting

The only way to know is to cut. We believe in failing fast, failing often, and learning from every chip. Quick iterations beat endless simulation. Get the tool in the spindle, make a cut, measure the result, adjust, and go again. That's how you get from concept to confidence.
