We kick things off with a meeting to focus alignment and clarify the scope, roles, and priorities to ensure everyone is on the same page from the start.
Check-in
A retrospective will be conducted (every 25-50hrs or quarterly) to assess performance, what could be improved, and how to adapt moving forward
Retrospective
Customers are encouraged to provide open and honest feedback at any time

Pricing
Note: All hours must be prepaid before work begins. We do not offer Net30 terms. This ensures prompt scheduling and prioritization of your project.

Why Prepaid
Hourly Retainer Structure:
a. Hours can be used flexibly for all services
b. Additional hours can be purchased at any time
c. Engineering Services are billed in prepaid blocks
d. Work will not begin until payment for the selected block has been received in full
e. Prepaid hours expire 1 year from deposit

Customer Responsibility
What You’re Responsible For
Provide tooling and workholding information, including:
Tool library (if available)
Workholding models (if available)
Tool list (document can be provided to facilitate this)

Provide feedback and perform QC checks
Make timely decisions on approvals to avoid delays
Purchase required tooling, material, or fixtures for the job
Share machine details, including:
